Drew made this at school today and I couldn't stop laughing when reading it! Such a smart boy :)

Getting ready for his 5 year old Super Hero Birthday party!

We thought it would be fun to do a costume party for Drew and his friends where adults and kids dress up in their favorite hero costumes for his 5th birthday party this year. This is Drew's selection and we just received it in the mail. This party is going to be epic.

Drew is so ready for Kindergarten!

I got this from his teacher today and I couldn't be more proud of his progress with writing his name :)

Every now and then we meet up with his teacher in front of the school she drops her oldest kid off at (it's a little closer for us than her house). This morning, Drew told me it was much too bright outside...hence my sunglasses :)

A Day with Grandpa Frank & Judy

Drew and I didn't have much going on this past Sunday so Grandpa Frank & Judy asked if we could hang out! We started our day-o-fun eating a Skipolini's Pizza where Drew was able to create his own pepperoni pizza before it went into the oven!

Then it was off to Monster Golf where Drew's very first put resulted in a Hole-in-One! He beats me every time...

We couldn't pass up the opportunity to squeeze into the tiniest photo booth ever!

I also couldn't pass up this tie for Drew ($5 score!)

We finished up the day back at their house so Drew could ride his "motorcycle" (aka his quad) and play with his Batman toys.

Time for a Dentist Checkup!

Today was Drew's final dental checkup before he becomes a legit Kindergartner! Where does the time go? Doctor Ashley said Drew's teeth looked great but he still needs a little more help brushing and flossing at night. Also his teeth are really close together so crowding might be something we will have to address in the future (both Brad and I had to have help with our teeth as kids). I saw his adult teeth steadily growing and pushing closer to that gum line thanks to his x-rays that were taken today. As always, Drew was a perfect patient and was doted on by all the ladies :)
